House and Community rules and regulations
Cote Nord Tremblant is perfect for the nature lovers seeking a slower pace of life while enjoying comfort and tranquility. We encourage our guests to feel at home and to have implemented the following rules and policies to protect our guests, chalets, and neighbours which will ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all.
Smoking
All indoor spaces are 100% non-smoking.
This includes vaping, toking, hookahs cigarette and cigars. Ashtrays are available for guests outside on the back deck of the chalet or Spahaus
The chalet is inspected prior to your arrival and immediately upon checkout. Any additional cleaning required or damage incurred by the presence of smoking will result in the additional cost being automatically deducted from the Security Damage deposit.
Parties or Events
Cote Nord Tremblant is 100% party fee.
The “No Party” and quiet rules are enforced at all times.
* Guests must abide by reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors or other residents. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, both inside and outside of the chalet. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM as per municipal and community regulations
* We have a zero-tolerance policy for partying that will result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund and the guest will be 100% responsible for additional cleaning costs and all damage incurred.
* Guests must agree not to use any premises other than those rented and to respect the property of neighbors and other residents.
*Guests are not to invite additional guests to join them during their stay. If there is a particular event (i.e. Family reunion) please discuss this with us prior to reserving to ensure the arrangement is acceptable.
Safety & Security:
* Cote Nord Tremblant’s quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 AM. We expect our guests to behave accordingly and keep the noise volume reasonable to ensure a peaceful environment for all,
* To ensure the tranquility and safety for all at Cote Nord Tremblant we employ two types of property monitoring systems:
* Noise Level : Each chalet is equipped with a noise monitoring device called Noise Aware. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) and sends alerts passing a specific threshold. The decibel monitoring sensors are located inside and outside of the home. Removing the decibel monitors will result in a complete loss of the security deposit.
* Vidéosurveillance : The chalets have an exterior camera placed at the front facing the driveway. The camera angle is not pointed toward any areas inside the chalet, patio or hot tub area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded to monitor the septic holding tank as well as liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, etc., and, in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in a complete security damage deposit loss and potentially being evicted without refund.
Chalet Capacity & Rental Age Restriction: :
* Guests must be 25 years or older and must be present during the stay. Identification is required at the time of check-in
*The registered guests are responsible for the actions of any other person on the rental premises.
