We provide a non-smoking environment in all our chalets and suites. A daily $200 fee will apply if this rule is not respected.
Côté Nord Tremblant loves animals!
A maximum of 2 pets are welcome in some of our chalets and suites for an additional fee of $40 plus taxes per day up to $200 plus taxes for the whole stay. A maximum of 2 animals per chalet or suite. All guests must advise our front desk agents in advance when bringing a pet to the resort. No pets are allowed in the Suites-sur-Lac or at the Club de la Pointe.
No excessive noise will be tolerated after 11 p.m.
Côté Nord will not provide any financial compensation for loss of service, caused by bad weather, of any satellite dish, telephone, Internet access, electricity or water. In the event that one of these circumstances occurs, we will do everything in our power to restore the situation to normal as quickly as possible.
The client is responsible and aware that any excessive use of water can result in a lack of water for an indeterminate time period.
Côté Nord Tremblant reserves the right to terminate a reservation at anytime should a guest or group of guests not respect the above-mentioned conditions or rules during their stay with us.
Room service is offered for stays of 7 days and more. Guests may ask for room service, a charge will be added to the stay depending on the type of chalet or suite that is rented.
Cancellation policy :
More than 15 days before arrival: $50 administration fee per chalet
Less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the deposit
For the Holiday period (December 20th to January 2nd), all cancellation must be made before October 31st.
After this date 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged.
All damage, breakage or theft caused by the guest, or his or her associates, to the chalets, furniture, decorations, equipment, structure and other, as well as any additional housekeeping and maintenance fees that are required to restore the original state of the chalet, will be billed to the guest’s credit card. No reimbursement will be issued. Côté Nord Tremblant will bill any outstanding amount, related to services provided or product consumed, not taken care of upon departure of the guest. A written notice of the amount billed to the credit card will be issued to the guest, should any of the above take place, before or after billing.
