Have you rented your suite or chalet, or are planning to do so, but have a couple of unanswered questions? We’ll try to answer them all before your stay!

1. Where is Côté Nord Tremblant (CNT)?

  • CNT is on the north side of Mont Tremblant in the Laurentian region of Quebec.

2. What kind of activities will we find at CNT?

All clients renting a chalet or suite have free access to the following on-site activities. Winter: Ice rink on Lac Supérieur, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the Grande Boucle trail.
Summer: Sun bathing, and swimming in Lac Supérieur, kayaking, tennis, pool, hot tub and much more…

3. What should we bring when we’re staying in one of the CNT suites or chalets?

The chalets for rent and suites for rent are fully equipped! Glassware, dishes, flatware, bedding, towels, firewood… basically everything you need, just like at home!
All chalets have a fully equipped kitchen.
We recommend that you bring your favourite spices and any special cooking equipment!

4. What is the occupancy policy of the suites and chalets?

The basic rule is a maximum of 2 persons to a room.
3 bedrooms chalet = 6 person maximum
4 bedrooms chalet = 8 person maximum
5 bedrooms chalet = 10 person maximum
6 bedrooms chalet = 13 person maximum

5. Chalet or Suite?

Each chalet is located on an approximately one-acre lot in the pristine Laurentians forest. The CNT log homes are the ultimate in mountain-style living. Your group will have all the space it needs with a maximum of privacy. The large open-space living areas provide the perfect setting to fully enjoy the company of your friends and family. It’s an ideal setting in which to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays, perfect for a corporate retreat or simply to enjoy the company of your loved ones.

The suites all offer a magnificent view of Lac Supérieur and are the perfect spot for your romantic getaway or for a group looking for more privacy in terms of accommodation. Only steps away from the Club de La Pointe, the suites offer the best view of the Tremblant region. Romance and relaxation are practically guaranteed!

 

6. Does CNT offer restaurant and catering services?

Is your dream to escape from it all, including the kitchen? The Bistro Caribou provides great catering services for your escape from culinary pursuits. Choose the Bistro restaurant’s great view and enjoy your meal by the lake, or if you wish to remain in the comfort of your chalet or suite, there’s another option. The Caribou Take-out can be the perfect solution for your group. Want to impress your guests? Order the “Chef au Chalet” service and enjoy the professional services of a chef and his team; they’ll cook and serve the meal right in your chalet.

 

7. When can we pick up the keys of our chalet or suite?

Frontdesk hours
Sunday to Thursday: 8 AM to 8 PM
Friday and Saturday: 8 AM to 10 PM

8. Where do we check in?

9. When can we check into our suite or chalet?

Check-in starts at 4 PM
Check-out is no later than 11 AM

If you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, ask our front desk staff and they will be happy to assist you…as well as confirming that the service is available, upon availability. They will also confirm the cost of such a service.

10. Does Côté Nord Tremblant provide cable or satellite TV and Internet services in the chalets and suites?

We provide satellite or cable TV services in all our suites and chalets.
All our suites and chalets have free WiFi Internet.

11. What are the reservation and cancellation policies?

Booking policy

Deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation, including taxes, upon reservation
Full payment upon arrival at Côté Nord Tremblant
A minor change in reserved dates may be made subject to availability

 Cancellation policy

More than 15 days before arrival: $50 administration fee per chalet
Fewer than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit
For the Holiday period (December 20th to January 2nd), all cancellations must be made before October 31st. After this date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

 

12. Do you accept animals in the chalets and suites?

Animals are welcome in some of our chalets for an additional fee of $40 per day up to $200 for the whole stay. All guests must advise our front desk agents in advance when bringing a pet to the resort.
